Here I am providing little information about Food and Health.

Food it has been taken a very major place in the life of us. It is the minimum requirement for us. The whole body depends on the food we eat.It is the basic need of human being. It also effects the effecieny of the parts of body. All the energy we get is from the food we eat. The food we eat is converted into glucose and it is utilised by our body.


Fruits and Vegetables

Eating food heavily would not be favourable to us and it causes dullness to our body. All of us should maintain a "Balanced Diet".Our Health depends on the food we eat.Eating more than what is needed by the body reduces the benefits of food. To digest food the digestive organs will have to work more, the energy of the body is thus used more(lost) on this and the other body organs are thus deprived of this essential body energy.So they become weak and they become unable to perform work.So, there is a lot of waste generated and it accumulates in our body.It is not good for us.
"Healthy life" requires "Balanced Diet" In a Balanced Diet all the requirements of our body such as Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Vitamins, Water, Minerals we get from the food.

Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good and have energy. 
Food should be eaten in healthy, clean surroundings, it should not be eaten under any sort of stress, sorrow, anxiety of any sort, nor should food be eaten in an untimely hour. If any body eats under such circumstances then the food will not get properly digested. The physical structure of foods is complex and it changes during digestion, changing how nutrients and bioactive components are delivered to the body. An important way to maintain your personal health is to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet includes a variety of plant-based and animal-based foods that provide nutrients to your body. Such nutrients give you energy and keep your body running. Nutrients help build and strengthen bones, muscles, and tendons and also regulate body processes (i.e. blood pressure). All the activities in the daily life require an amount of power which is generated by food. Resistance which is used to prevent all the diseases is also given from food. Not only advantages there are also disadvantages of junk food.Eat only Healthy Food not Junk food.It doesn't give energy just fat. Food should be given to the body daily at the same time beacause the acids released in the stomach may harm to us. Daily Breakfast should be heavy and Dinner should be very light.Every meal should be taken atleat time difference of 3-4 hours.
